Report your Claim Online
Submitting your claim online is an easy and efficient way to report a claim. It only takes a few minutes and you will receive a return call from our claims department within 24 hours – the same service that our customers receive when reporting a claim over the phone.
You will be asked to provide:
- Customer information, including policy number and contact information
- The location where the incident occurred
- The date and time it happened
- A brief description of what happened
If available, include the following additional information:
- Contact information for other involved parties
- Other vehicle information
- Witness information
- Any police report details
Upon receipt of your online claim, our claims examiner will call you to explain the process, confirm the details, and arrange the next steps.
